This could be attributed to the breathing techniques and the development of chi, however other esoteric arts such as Yoga that have the breathing and the Prana development don’t seem to result in a physique that looks like one has had too much beer…

I try to tell myself I have a taiji belly due to all the qi that has accumulated there over time, but ultimately, I think I should just get off my bum and move around more :)
I have seen some yogis who also have little qi bellies.. maybe there is a connection after all?
